My favorite Turkey Tip? Make sure it’s done, but don’t burn it! Test your thermometer by placing it in boiling water. It should read 212 degrees. If it doesn’t, write down what it says and add or subtract that number from your reading while checking that turkey. Remember to warm the thermometer in water before plunging it into poultry or meat, too.
